We produce lard using choice materials from our own abattoir, Costa Brava Foods, and we make it exclusively produced from the finest flare fat. This means we can offer a product with a consistent flavour, aroma and consistency, ideal for any culinary use including cakes and pastries. Lard mainly comprises unsaturated fatty acids.

This is always of the highest quality, as it comes exclusively from the best fat, the flare or leaf.
