Coopecarn has two production centres specialising in different product ranges. This enables us to apply our R&D effectively, automate processes and implement the strictest food safety.
At the LLAMBILLES centre (Girona) we produce the finest marinated meats, selected from Grup Cañigueral’s abattoir, Costa Brava Foods. We always start with the utmost freshness to guarantee quality. Our range includes chilled food and frozen food using the advanced IQF system that allows cooking without first defrosting.
At our CASSÀ DE LA SELVA centre (Girona) we produce all of our specialities: lard made from animal finest flare fat, pork rinds for cooking and confectionary and a wide range of snacks in different flavours
This allows us to preserve the product’s best organoleptic properties, its flavour and its texture.
Our production centres have an area of over 7,000 square metres.
